Before Your Tour
Your luxury travel experience begins from the moment you select your tour.
Passport & Visa
Ensure you have a valid passport (usually a minimum of 6 months), so check what applies to your itinerary. You might also need to obtain visas (depending on your nationality). Talk to your Embassy if you are unclear about what documentation you require.

It is a good idea to have copies of your passport details, insurance policy, visas and credit card numbers, keeping them separate from the originals and perhaps leaving an additional copy with someone at home.
Travel Insurance
It's advisable for you to have travel insurance that covers unexpected health issues to minimize potential complications.
Medication
Check with your doctor if you need any vaccinations or to take any other health precautions prior to your vacation. Make sure any medication you regularly take is legal in the countries you will be visiting and perhaps carry a doctor’s prescription with you for any medicines you take. You should also keep your medication in your hand luggage if possible.
Can I book my flights through Dewina Tours & Travel?
Of course you can. We have fantastic contacts and rates with many airlines and our friendly team can assist with booking your flights. You can either request to add flights when booking online or call one of our team to book your tour, letting them know you also require flights.
During Your Tour
Your luxury travel experience begins from the moment you select your tour.
How much free time will I have on my tour?
The amount of free time you'll have on your tour depends on the specific itinerary and arrangements.
What if I become ill on the tour and cannot continue?
We can provide assistance, whether it involves arranging medical attention, altering your itinerary, or helping with transportation back to a suitable location for proper care. It's advisable for you to have travel insurance that covers unexpected health issues to minimize potential complications.
How can I stay safe while travelling?
Keep your valuables, including passports and important documents, in a secure place. Use lockable bags or safes when available. Stay vigilant in crowded places, and be cautious of your belongings. Ensure you are up-to-date on vaccinations, carry necessary medications, and be cautious with food and water consumption to prevent illnesses. Save local emergency numbers and the contact information of your country's embassy or consulate in your destination. Consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected events.
